The demand for teachers remains high in California, and yet the supply remains low, especially in "hard-to-fill" areas. For the Tulare City School District, recruitment / hiring / retention is literally a "year-round" process. This presentation will review the "team" approach the district takes to hiring, as well as the significant events that happen each month in order to "find the best to put next to the best" in classrooms.
